Delivery Time

The delivery time consists of two components: processing time and shipping time. Typically, processing time takes 1-5 working days, while shipping time ranges from 10-20 working days. Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from both processing and shipping times, so kindly factor in non-working days when selecting your preferred shipping method. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 72 business hours for tracking information to be updated and accessible.

We make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your package. Nevertheless, delays may arise due to factors such as invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, public holidays, and peak seasons. We appreciate your patience during such circumstances.

Pre-Order

The shipping time for pre-ordered items is the sum of testing time, stocking time, and shipping time. Online product testing usually takes 3-5 days, and preparation requires 10-12 days. The shipping time remains the same as regular orders, ranging from 10 to 20 working days.

Tax

For most countries, you will not be required to pay import fees, duties, or value-added tax (VAT). However, in some select countries, particularly in Europe, such as Germany and Italy, you may be subject to customs duties or VAT as per the respective regulations in those countries. If a customer refuses to accept a package due to import duties or taxes, they agree to assume full responsibility for all return shipping, customs fees, and handling charges.
